This unit will prepare and apply in behalf of the Saudi National Factory a request for custom Duties Exemption for Machinery, spare parts and raw materials to the Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MCI).
This process will include the proper translation and HS Coding of the imported materials including the consolidation of all the requirements needed to receive the custom duties exemption. In addition, the unit will also submit in behalf of the factory the claim to refund the exempted customs duties held under security deposit account at the port authorities.
